Instead of managing the tasks on an analogue ward list with all its weaknesses and problems, helpwave makes it possible to centralize them in helpwave tasks. This makes helpwave tasks the platform for managing wards and their resources such as rooms, beds and patients. Ward staff can manage ward resources and assign tasks to them via an intuitive web dashboard. In order to maintain an overview in the hectic everyday life on the ward, reduced information about upcoming tasks can be called up via smartphone app.
